How to book a taxi or airport transfer?
Enter your pickup point in the “From” field and your destination in the “To” field. You can type the name of a location or a specific address. The suggestion dropdown will help you find the right option quickly and easily.
Then click “Continue”, choose the transfer class you need, and proceed with the booking.
What arrival time should you enter for your transfer?
If you are booking a transfer from an airport or railway station, it is best to indicate the actual arrival time of your flight. This helps the driver plan the pickup correctly and arrive on time.
Important: If your airline or carrier notifies you of a change in the arrival time, please inform us. This allows us to coordinate the update with the driver promptly and avoid any delays.
How far in advance should you book a transfer?
The required booking time depends on the vehicle class. Premium vehicles and large minibuses for 10, 13, 16, or 19 passengers should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard options — micro, economy, comfort, 4-seater minivans, and 7-seater minibuses — should be reserved at least 16 hours before the trip.
If you have less time, you can request an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether the service can be arranged.
How can you verify that your transfer booking has been confirmed?
After completing your reservation, you will receive an email with a confirmation and a voucher containing your booking number and all trip details. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please contact our manager at [email protected]
How should you enter your address in the booking form?
In the address field, enter the full address of your destination or the name of your hotel.
Helpful tip: The exact hotel address is usually listed in your hotel voucher — the document you receive after your room reservation is confirmed.
